Rates and Insurance

RATES

$170 per 55 minute session

$255 per 85 minute session

$340 per 115 minute session

$210 per 55 minute off-site coaching session

$295 per 85 minute off-site coaching session

$380 per 115 minute off-site coaching session

$30 per correspondence lasting more than 15 minutes including phone conversations, texts and document review or preparation

 

Payment is expected at or before the time of service.

*Credit/Debit cards can be kept on file if client prefers

 

 

Discounted rates:

Discounted rates are available in limited quantities.  Income statements are required to receive the sliding scale fees.  These rates are extended only to clients who commit to weekly or bi-weekly sessions.  If therapy sessions become infrequent regular rates will apply.

 

Insurance:

Receipts will be provided at the request of the client for client to file with insurance company.  Please check with your insurance provider to determine the amount of coverage provided for out of network therapy as Resolve Counseling Center does NOT work with insurance companies.  Receipts can be given at the end of each therapy session or emailed at the end of each month.

 

Payment:

Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, and Paypal can also be utilized for payment.  Payment is expected at or before the time of service.  Returned checks will incur a $30 fee in addition to the amount originally due.

 

Cancellation Policy:

In order to avoid the cancellation fee outlined below, please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is missed without cancelling, or is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (unless we both agree that you were unable to attend due to circumstances beyond your control) the policy is as follows:

1st appointment: No charge

2nd appointment: 50% of fee

3rd appointment: 100% of fee
